4mm unbuilt Collett 2-10-2T by Dave Fox

Here is another of Dave's models of never-built engines. This is the 2-10-2T that was proposed for iron ore trains from Newport Docks to Ebbw Vale. Dave built it based on a drawing in an RCTS publication.
